আমি নুরুজ্জামান, প্রতিষ্ঠাতা ও চেয়ারম্যান, Nuruzzaman Catering Service.
আজ থেকে প্রায় 34 বছর আগে, ঠাকুরগাঁও জেলা থেকে উচ্চশিক্ষার উদ্দেশ্যে ঢাকায় এসেছিলাম। নতুন শহর, নতুন জীবন—কিন্তু শুরুটা মোটেও সহজ ছিল না। ঢাকায় এসে নানা প্রতিকূলতা ও জীবনের কঠিন বাস্তবতার মুখোমুখি হতে হয়েছে। এক সময় একেবারে শূন্য হাত থেকেই আমার পথচলা শুরু হয়।
প্রথমে আমি মোহাম্মদপুরে ডেকোরেটর শিল্পের সঙ্গে যুক্ত হই। সেই ছোট্ট শুরুই আমাকে একটি বড় স্বপ্ন দেখতে শিখিয়েছিল। আমি বিশ্বাস করতে শুরু করি—পরিশ্রম, সততা এবং মানুষের আস্থা থাকলে একদিন নিজের একটি পরিচয় তৈরি করা সম্ভব।
ধীরে ধীরে সেই স্বপ্নই আজকের Nuruzzaman Catering Service-এ রূপ নিয়েছে।
পেছনে ফিরে তাকালে আল্লাহর অশেষ রহমত ছাড়া আর কিছুই দেখি না। আজ আমি যা অর্জন করেছি, তার পেছনে রয়েছে আমার পরিবারের অক্লান্ত সমর্থন, আমাদের নিবেদিতপ্রাণ টিমের পরিশ্রম এবং সর্বোপরি আমাদের সম্মানিত গ্রাহকদের অমূল্য বিশ্বাস। আপনাদের ভালোবাসা, দোয়া ও আস্থাই আমাদের এগিয়ে যাওয়ার সবচেয়ে বড় শক্তি।
আমার কাছে ক্যাটারিং শুধু একটি ব্যবসা নয়—এটি মানুষের জীবনের সবচেয়ে আনন্দময় মুহূর্তগুলোর অংশ হওয়ার একটি দায়িত্ব। একটি বিয়ে, একটি আকিকা, একটি মিলাদ, একটি কর্পোরেট অনুষ্ঠান কিংবা পারিবারিক আয়োজন—প্রতিটি অনুষ্ঠানের সঙ্গে মানুষের আবেগ জড়িয়ে থাকে। সেই আবেগের সম্মান রক্ষা করাই আমাদের সবচেয়ে বড় অঙ্গীকার।
